Never tried yoga before? Perfect. This challenge is all about stepping into something new, no fancy studios, no intimidating poses. Just short, 10-minute classes you can do at home, in your PJs, with zero equipment.

Also known as The Sleep Yogi, Trix is a yoga teacher and wellness coach with a passion for helping you find moments in your busy day to move and unwind. Combining movement and breath, her classes are designed to be done at home so you can energise or de-stress as your life demands.

The Yoga Challenge is set over four days:

  • Day 1 - Morning

  • Day 2 - Energise

  • Day 3 - Chill

  • Day 4 - Sleep

Today’s session is all about energising your body and mind. Whether you’re looking to shake off morning sluggishness or find a midday pick-me-up, this class is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.

DAY 1: MORNING

DAY 4: SLEEP
This session is perfect for your bedtime routine, guiding you towards a restorative and rejuvenating sleep.
